The fleet of highly trained and experienced Grosvenor service engineers is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure that no client is left without emergency cover.
The company stocks a range of parts for all types of systems, old and new, in order to carry out repairs on equipment. The maintenance engineers at Grosvenor are trained to the highest standards and provided with the very latest test equipment.
All engineers are provided with the latest training in health and safety as well as up to date working practices.
Alongside the unquestionable technical proficiency demonstrated by the achievement of numerous industry accreditations, the company is also the first of its kind to be accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
This means that the highest standard of etiquette, whilst in the homes of residents who may be elderly or infirm, is respected. All engineers are required to complete an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
